OPI Participants Enjoy Fun & Great Tasting Creative Workshop!

The Optimum Performance Institute provides many different kinds of experiences for participants, including OPI’s very own Art Club!

The Art Club within OPI provides the participants with an opportunity to experience a different project and adapt or try out new talents each workshop. From scrap-booking to origami to knitting, the opportunities are endless.

Last month, the group learned fun cupcake decorating techniques at the cupcake creations themed workshop!

The participants expressed that they thoroughly enjoyed the art club workshop and how their creations tasted! Participants learn new fun and practical skills that can be utilized in the future or further developed as an art form for expression.
