Reimbursement varies per family/policy. OPI encourages families to consider contracting with Denials Management to help support them in the process of facilitating a claims reimbursement. From the feedback we have received from families they have received reimbursement for individual therapy, group therapy, psychiatry and life coaching. To be clear, families do pay the tuition up front and need to understand that it will take some time and patience to receive reimbursement for the latter services.
