Meditation ExcercisesLife can get rather hectic in our modern world. It seems as though we are constantly running around, juggling our jobs, our educations, families, and social lives. We find ourselves exhausted at the end of the day, not having spent a minute for ourselves. This is where meditation comes in to save the day! More and more people are turning to meditation as an easy way to relax, de-stress, and gain an overall higher quality of life, and OPI is on board! During our weekly Meditation club we get comfortable, dim the lights and relax while we listen to a guided meditation. Participants get the chance to put all the stress and daily dramas aside and just be aware of their own presence and breathing. It is a great time to reflect back on the week as well and develop a more profound spiritual and emotional self. We are enjoying the benefits of guided meditation and hope to transform this fun activity into a life-long habit.
