In November the Optimum Performance Institute gave its participants and staff the “30 days of gratitude” project and challenge. The challenge was to have at least one thing we are grateful for each day. It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on our lives leading up to the Thanksgiving holiday on all the little things there are to be thankful for. People posted colorful leaves on the big tree that read anywhere from “I’m grateful for DBT Skills”, “Starbucks”, “OPI that supports me” and many more! It was awesome to see just how much there is to give gratitude for on a daily basis and it sure looked good too!
