OPI Increases Self Esteem and Independence

Woodland Hills, CA – Participants at the Optimum Performance Institute experience a significant increase in their self esteem and levels of independence after six months at the Institute according to a recent statistical survey.

When those surveyed arrived at OPI their average level of self esteem was 2.4 out of 4.0 and level of independence was 1.9 out of 4. Their scores climbed to 3.3 out of 4.0 and 3.3 out of 4.0, respectively, after 6 months.

The survey was conducted by Alison Corso for her Master of Social Work Degree at California State University, Northridge. OPI is a clinical training site for Master of Social Work students at CSUN.
