BPD Documentary made by students in the UK

Continuing with our efforts to help spread awareness of BPD during BPD awareness month, we would like to share a video with you here today. This video was a simple school project some students made about BPD in the UK. Even though it’s a bit rough around the edges and lacks any slick Hollywood style production value, it features some useful information and is based on the students’ experience with a friend of theirs who was diagnosed as having BPD.

What’s perhaps most interesting about this video is that it nearly has 1,000,000 views on youtube. In fact, there aren’t any BPD documentaries and only a handful of clips on youtube that out-rank this video. What that says to us here at OPI Intensive is that the content about BPD is still quite slim and of the approximated 2% of the population who might be affected with BPD there isn’t enough good information out there for them to find about the disorder.

It also goes to show you that with a little effort and some passion about a cause even students in England working on a school project can reach a million people in a short time span.
