For nearly a decade, the Optimum Performance Institute has enriched and refined its unique program helping young adults ages 17-28 discover their passions, set and reach their goals and realize a life worth living.
Now, these services are available to young adults through our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) where individual and group therapy is provided along with support in areas such as education and career development as well as volunteer and recreational opportunities.
Our outpatient participants may be challenged by social, emotional, or developmental disorders. They may have anxiety, depression or anxiety disorders or Asperger’s Syndrome, Bipolar Disorder or Substance Abuse issues.
What all of them share is a desire to explore their own identity and find their own individual life path.
Each customized, tailor-made program provides services individually or in “packages” in increments of two, three or five day options, depending upon need.
