Woodland Hills, CA - The Optimum Performance Institute announces that one Participant just received his Conditional Real Estate License and another has finished all the courses needed to get his massage therapy license.

Jeremy S. plans to open his own massage therapy spa. He is now working to complete the internship hours needed to be a certified massage therapist. Jeremy attends Pierce Community College and plans to go to business school at UCLA or UC Berkeley.

OPI’s young realtor is working as a Real Estate Leasing Agent after completing a 20-week course in Real Estate Principles and passing the California Real Estate Sales Person exam. He plans to go into corporate leasing. He has overcome a long and difficult substance abuse history and prefers to remain anonymous.
