WOODLAND HILLS, CA: The Optimum Performance Institute has teamed with the Addiction Studies Program Pierce College to offer internships for students who are working to be certified addiction specialists there.

Under the clinical supervision of Martin Cisneros, CAC, RAS, OPI’s Director of Chemical Dependency Services, and Jeff Kestenbaum, LCSW, Director of Counseling Services, the students will spend one semester of the two year certificate program at OPI. They will practice running group therapy sessions and help young adults struggling with addiction issues.
